Our customer care team is committed to ensuring all our customers receive any assistance they may need in a timely manner. For all enquiries please email us at hello@mintmelbourne.com.au. This email account is monitored during Australian business hours from Monday and Friday, we do our best to reply within 24 hours of receiving your email.
Pricing
Prices that appear on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are indicative of the price of the jewellery depicted. These prices include GST when purchased in Australia, GST will be removed for overseas purchases. Prices are subject to change.
Postage and insurance costs for both domestic and international orders are included in the listed price. Local taxes and duties may apply in jurisdictions outside of Australia, the customer is responsible for payment of these.
Purchases
Erté Mae may exercise its discretion to cancel an order or refuse to process an order for any reason, including but not limited to: unavailability of product or materials to produce product or inability to deliver to specified delivery address.
Once an order has been placed Erté Mae has absolute discretion as to whether an order can be cancelled or amended. Please email hello@mintmelbourne.com.au with any queries.
Customers agree that at times there may be slight variations in advertised total carat weight, metal weight, dimensions or grading of components (gemstones, diamonds, metals) of jewellery purchased. The carat weight and grading of diamonds supplied will never be less than advertised.
Customers agree to enter their ring size at checkout, if they fail to do so we will endeavour to contact them 3 times to confirm the size, if we are unable to confirm after 3 attempts a size 0 will be sent.
Delivery and ownership of goods
All Erté Mae products are made to order, with the expected timeline for production being approximately 6 weeks. We do everything we can to ensure that all orders are dispatched within this timeframe, however it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Erté Mae does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of such delays.
Erté Mae is unable to deliver to PO Boxes when shipping outside of Australia.
Once orders have been dispatched Erté Mae will notify the customer of the shipping company and tracking ID, it is the customers responsibility to liaise with the nominated courier directly in relation to any issues with the date and time of delivery. In the event of a parcel being lost we reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Erté Mae does not offer refunds on items that our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.
We insure all outgoing parcels until they are signed for by the receiver.
Payment
The Erté Mae website is hosted by Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. For more information please see: www.shopify.com.au/security/pci-compliant.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud or unauthorised access to an Afterpay or PayPal account.
We will not be held responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank, especially in the case where your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions, duties or taxes.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information from you solely for the purpose of providing our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date with new products, services and offers.
At any time you may opt out of receiving emails from us by selecting unsubscribe on one of our emails or emailing us at hello@mintmelbourne.com.au.

Governing Law
All transactions on the Erté Mae website are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All terms and conditions are subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted under law, we disclaim any liability under relevant consumer or other legislation and regulation. Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.
Your Responsibility
You confirm that all information provided by you is correct and accurate and that you are authorised to enter into an agreement with Erté Mae for the purchase of goods. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Intellectual Property
The Erté Mae website, and all Erté Mae jewellery designs are subject to Australian copyright law (as defined under the Copyright Act 1968 (cth)) and as such you may only use them as expressly authorised by Erté Mae. Without our written permission you may not print, publish, reproduce or use the works, texts, trademarks, designs or any other intellectual property in any manner.
Any reproduction or redistribution of items is prohibited and we do not permit you to take our designs to another jeweller or designer to use.
Social Media
We currently operate and manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. We encourage you to share content and post comments to these channels.
By submitting content to our website or social media channels you grant us irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and reproduce that content, including your name, for testimonial or other purposes in any media, without compensation to you.
In using our social media channels we expect that you will represent your own views; be respectful of others and their opinions; use language that is not insulting, provocative, obscene or offensive and not post content that is defamatory, derogatory, racist, sexist, unlawful or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
We want everyones experience on our social media channels to be positive and as such if these terms are violated we reserve the right to edit, hide or delete content, or block users as we deem appropriate.
We do not endorse the opinions expressed by users on our social media pages.
